Fasting Times:
6:00am to 10:00am (4 hours)
6:00am to 12:00 noon (6 hours)
6:00am to 2:00pm (8 hours)
6:00am to 4:00pm (10 hours)
6:00am to 6:00pm (12 hours)
All members who are pregnant, nursing mothers, and patients under physician care, must follow their doctor's recommendation on their medication regimen and doctors' advice. Please use godly discretion and wisdom as we undertake this fasting by prophetic direction.
