Our Executive Pastor and first Lady, Rev. Rosemary Noah, affectionately called Rev./Pastor/Mama Rosie, oversees the entire administration of Destiny Changers International (DCI).

Lady Rev. Rosie Noah is a College of Business (COB) alumna from James Madison University (JMU), where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Human Resources Management & Business Management.
​
With over twenty-four plus years experience in executive management across various industries in both private and corporate America, church administration and non-profits organizations, she brings to the ministry, great administration and management skills, that creates the culture of excellence at DCI. Lady Rev. Rosie is also a Human Resources/Business Consultant and the CEO of Tremconsult Business Services.
